Job Description
We are hiring an experienced and highly motivated Social Media Manager. You will be responsible for the effective management and promotion of our brand and products on various social media platforms, mainly Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, Linkedln.
Responsibilities:
Content Management:
- Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to generate and publish high-quality content across platforms, ensuring optimal performance.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages and inquiries on all social media platforms to maintain a positive brand image.
- Regularly interact with followers, customers, dealers and KOL, building and managing relationships through timely and engaging responses.
- Foster a sense of community by promoting dialogue, encouraging UGC, and organizing online events.
Social Media Account Promotion:
- Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach across all platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and implement paid advertising campaigns.
- Be sensitive to current social media trends and platform updates, integrating new features and techniques to maximize brand exposure.
- Sales leads collection and handover to sales team: Monitor and track sales leads and inquiries received through social media channels, and keep further follow-up and conversion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 2 years+ working experience.
- Experience in managing social media platforms, preferably in a similar role. Strong understanding of social media management, algorithms, and best practices.
- Extroverted and open-minded, willing to take challenges with quick responsiveness.
- Fluent command of English.
